Who We Are
Dynamic Tuning Specialists ("DTS", "we", "us") is a custom ECU tuning shop at 137 Chambeau Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. You can reach us any time at 260-355-1123 (call or text) or through our contact page.
This policy covers our websites dynamictuningspecialists.com and agmerica.farm (our agricultural tuning sister brand), and autoiq.shop, the platform that runs our online booking and invoicing. When a text or email from us contains a link to autoiq.shop, that is our own system — not a third party.
What We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address, when you fill out our contact form, book an appointment online, or leave your number with Junior (our website assistant) so our team can follow up.
- Vehicle and service details — year, make, model, engine, modifications, and your goals for the tune. This is the heart of what we do: every tune is built for your exact machine, so we keep accurate records of it.
- Messages and conversations — what you write in our contact form, text to our business line, or discuss with Junior on the website. Website chats with Junior are saved so a real person can pick up where the conversation left off.
When you call or text us
- We keep records of calls and text messages with our business line as part of your customer file. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we get the details of your vehicle and your requests right.
Payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers or bank credentials on our systems.
Technical information
- Like nearly every website, our servers keep standard logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site running and secure. Our public website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and answer your questions.
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on your tuning service.
- To send service-related text messages — see our SMS & Messaging Terms for exactly what we send and how to opt out.
- To invoice you and process payments.
- To maintain accurate service history for your vehicle.
- To keep our website and systems secure.
We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not send marketing blasts.
Text Messaging and Your Consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party.

Who We Share Information With
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our operations, and only what each one needs to do its job:
- Telnyx — carries our phone calls and text messages.
- Stripe — processes payments.
- Google — provides the fonts and maps on our website, and the display of our public Google reviews.
- Our hosting provider — runs the servers this website lives on.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it — for example, in response to a valid legal request.
How Long We Keep It
We keep customer and service records for as long as they are useful for the purposes above — servicing your vehicle, honoring our work, keeping accurate business records, and meeting legal obligations. If you want something removed, ask us (see Your Choices below) and we will honor it wherever the law doesn't require us to keep it.
Your Choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any text from us to opt out. Details in our SMS & Messaging Terms.
- Access, correction, deletion: call or text us at 260-355-1123 or use the contact form and we will show you what we have, fix what's wrong, or delete what you want deleted, subject to records we're required to keep.
Children
Our website and services are for vehicle owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
