Dynamic Tuning Specialists ("DTS", "we", "us") sends and receives text messages on 260-355-1123 — the same number you call. Texting with us is a conversation with our shop about your vehicle, your booking, and your service. It is not a marketing list.
We do not send promotional blasts, and we do not text people who have no inquiry or service relationship with us.
Some of our messages contain links to autoiq.shop — that is the platform that runs our online booking and invoicing. Links to it in a text from us are ours.
You receive texts from us because you gave us your number and asked us to work with you:
We text you only in connection with your inquiry or your service. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything — you can always call us instead.
Message frequency varies with your service activity — typically a handful of messages around an inquiry or a booking. There are no recurring or subscription messages.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan.
Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out of text messages. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT work too. You can also simply tell us to stop texting you, or call us — a real person reads every message.
After you opt out, we will stop texting you. Text START at any time to re-subscribe. If you contact us again later, we will take that as your invitation to reply.
